Shipping and damage. Items ship under a shipment contract: title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim; we'll help with the paperwork and photos.

Oversold items are refunded in full, with notice by email.

Shipping charges for orders returned to us because of an incorrect address at checkout are not refundable.
